This Alien Bust by John Walen was entitled "Al Gore's Father?" It won John a Bronze Medal. The kit is by John's Models from an original piece by our own Eric Buckelew.
Mike Bobe's (that's me!) "In the Shadow of History".
The figure is by Warriors. The column is Bayardi. The base is scratchbuilt. And I won a Bronze Medal for this piece.
Kirk Kirkland's "Ernie" won a Bronze Medal as well.
Bob Waltman's Gandalf took a Silver Medal.
I loved the effect of the eye on this piece.
