Battleship USS Alabama - Mobile, AL Model Contest, April 2007

This was the first show in Mobile in a few years, and it was a good welcome back! The Battleship park was hit hard in Hurricane Katrina, but it seems to be recovering. They still have a nice assortment of real aircraft and vehicles on display, as well as the Battleship USS Alabama and the Submarine USS Drum. The show had a good turnout, in spite of threatening weather. We're already signed up for next year's show, which should be even better! Many thanks to Gary Emery for the photos!
