Bobe's Gameday August 2007

The gaming community at Bobe's continues to grow by leaps and bounds. We still have the Pensacola Tabletop Gamers meeting on the first Saturday of every month, but now things have started happening even on other weekends! This games day occured on August 18, 2007. This is the third Saturday of the month, which is when our armor club meets. But on this particular Saturday, we also had a few different historical games going on as well. Rob Scott put on our first WWI Disposable Heroes game, titled "Price of Glory". This was a chance to run through the rules, and try them out. Rob and the guys have been busily working at creating scenery and painting figures for this event. As you can see, not all the figures got painted yet, but they're making good progress. The next game will be on October 6th for the actual game club meeting. We also had Bob Davison and Brian Simmons putting on a GHQ Micro Armor WWII Game. And Allan Robinson put on a demo of Memoir 44 from Days of Wonder. Come by any Saturday, and see what all is going on! And call ahead to reserve a table if you want to put on a game yourself!
